We engage at any point in the project lifecycle — schematic, design development, or procurement — but most clients retain us for the full scope because the cost savings and timeline compression of a consolidated supplier are material.
Brand-standard interpretation, floor plans, mood boards, material studies, and renderings. We work from architectural CADs or site surveys. Deliverables aligned to the operator's brand book or developed from scratch.
Full furniture, fixture, and equipment schedules. Specified across our fifteen-supplier roster with custom fabrication where stock specification falls short. Issued as quote-ready FF&E books with line-item pricing.
Beds, casegoods, banquettes, and millwork built to your specification. Direct relationships with European workshops; production windows of 6–14 weeks depending on complexity.
Decorative and architectural lighting, art curation, and styling layers. Sourced through our lighting and specialty partners. Coordinated with the architectural lighting design where one exists.
Consolidated freight from Europe, customs clearance, last-mile delivery, and white-glove installation. On-site project management through commissioning and punch list.
Five-year frame warranty on contract upholstery. Replacement parts kept on hand at our regional warehouses. Refresh and re-spec programs for properties on a five- to seven-year cycle.
Every Cassanis specification is dual-tracked: hospitality-rated for daily commercial use, and detailed to the standard the operator's marketing team expects in the brand book. There is no compromise between durability and design — every piece is selected because it does both.
Site visit or virtual walk-through. We collect drawings, brand book, budget envelope, and timeline. NDA issued on first contact.
Mood boards, space plans, and three concept directions issued within three weeks. One round of revisions included.
Full FF&E schedule with line-item pricing, lead times, and freight. Reviewed in person or by video. Revisions and substitutions managed in-line.
Production launched on PO and deposit. Weekly status updates. Consolidated freight to regional port and last-mile staging.
White-glove install with our trade crews. Punch list resolved before invoice. Five-year warranty active on the install date.
